COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

ISOLA SPA is growing – and with us, the organization behind it also grows. To relieve the management, we are looking for a reliable, structured, and proactive commercial assistant who takes over administrative tasks independently and keeps an overview.

Your tasks
Support the management in daily administrative and organizational business
Appointment organization and maintenance of customer, resident, and location lists
Preparation and control of invoices, incoming payments, and documents for accounting
Execution and documentation of inventories as well as maintenance and administration of inventory at our locations
Filing, document maintenance, as well as preparation and follow-up of internal documents
Processing of incoming mail as well as, if necessary, answering and forwarding
Support with orders, supplier contacts, and organizational tasks related to our locations
Assistance with advertising and promotional campaigns within our partner houses
Support in sales and in the organization of our planned ISOLA SPA Boutique
What you bring with you
Commercial training or practical experience in administration / office organization
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Confident handling of PC, e-mail and common Office applications
Strong affinity for digital working methods and AI tools as well as willingness to use AI meaningfully in everyday work
A structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
Initiative, sense of responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks independently
Friendly and professional appearance; experience in the health or senior sector is an advantage
