We wish to recruit a Versatile Receptionist – 60%
Mission :
Welcoming and orienting visitors and interlocutors.
The routine management of the reception and incoming requests.
The processing of emails and various administrative tasks.
The monitoring of supplies and current office needs.
The management and replenishment of common areas.
Support for general services and the smooth daily functioning of the premises.
The occasional replacement of employees in case of absence, according to the needs of the organization.
Profile
Training or experience in hospitality, reception, welcoming or administration, with a preference for a background in hospitality.
Confirmed professional experience in a similar position.
Very good level of French and English C1 minimum.
German or any other language is an asset.
Excellent sense of welcome, communication and service.
Organized, autonomous, discreet person comfortable with varied tasks.
Good presentation and professional attitude.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and to provide occasional replacements.
Driver's license mandatory.
