Payroll Specialist 100% (m/f)

Your mission

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who will take responsibility for the correct and timely execution of payroll and acts as a central contact point for all topics related to personnel compensation. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment with a high degree of responsibility and independence. Your activities -

• Independent processing of payroll for all assigned areas and legal entities.
• Creation and analysis of wage and social security statements.
• Performance of monthly controls and processing of salary deductions in connection with various social insurances (FamZu, MSE, VSE, BUE, IV, EO, KVG, UVG, UBU).
• Recording and processing of sickness and accident cases as well as communication with employees and insurance companies.
• Support in the creation of audit-proof annual financial statements for the HR-Fibu account.
• Processing of payroll in cooperation with compensation funds, pension funds, tax administrations, and other external bodies.
• Contact person for employees regarding questions about payroll and social security statements in four languages (German, English, Italian, French).
• Communication with internal departments (HR, Finance) as well as external partners and service providers in connection with payroll.
• Complete administration of absence management and medical certificates including controlling.

Your profile

Your profile -

• Completed commercial training or business administration studies, ideally with further training in social insurance, payroll, or Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in payroll accounting or the HR sector.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Workday, UKA, time recording systems as well as MS Office; IT affinity is an advantage.
• Distinct discretion, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working.
• High teamwork skills and an independent way of working.
• German as a native language as well as very good English skills required, French is an advantage.
