To complete its teams, the Fondation Belle Saison is looking for a Site Manager Nurse for one of its medico-social institutions in the La Côte region.

Under the supervision of the Director of Care and Support and the Deputy of your sector, you ensure the smooth daily operation of the establishment and the quality of care and support.

You, through your presence in the field and your local leadership, unite the teams and coordinate the different sectors of the site, in close collaboration with their managers. You ensure personalized support, respectful of residents and open to their loved ones.

Main activities:

• Ensure the implementation of institutional orientations and the support concept;
• Coordinate the care, hospitality, kitchen, socio-cultural and technical sectors, and facilitate interdisciplinary exchanges;
• Supervise the care team, support employees and contribute to a respectful working climate;
• Supervise the organization of care, life projects and the maintenance of computerized records;
• Monitor clinical indicators, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards;
• Develop a relationship of trust with residents and their loved ones, conduct family interviews upon admission and support sensitive situations;
• Collaborate with doctors and other support partners;
• Participate in the development of schedules;
• Contribute to recruitment, evaluations and the identification of training needs, and ensure the quality of supervision for students, apprentices and interns;
• Ensure adequate use of resources and the proper functioning of medical equipment;
• Participate in the Foundation's projects;
• Participative management through an active presence within the team.

You possess:

• HES nursing diploma or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross ;
• At least 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience ;
• Minimum intermediate management training; (e.g.: CAS, federal diploma in team management)
• Practice with an elderly population (EMS/CMS) in Switzerland ;
• Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise and steer the quality of services in an interdisciplinary manner ;
• Good knowledge and mastery of IT tools and French (oral and written) ;
• PLAISIR® / PLEX® / Corporate Trainer / CAS-DAS training useful for the function (PAA, geriatrics), an asset ;
• Driver's license and car indispensable ;
• Private residence a maximum of 35 minutes from one of our sites (in case of on-call service).
