SPECIALIST PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & NURSING CONTROLLING (M/W/D)

In this newly created key position, you will take technical responsibility for the quality and health insurance eligibility of our service provision. You will analyze reclaims, accompany health insurance audits, review complex performance cases, and further develop sustainable quality and control processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Operative examination of nursing dossiers and proofs of service
• Conducting follow-up controls as well as analysis of rejected cases including clarification of causes and processing
• Verification of the health insurance eligibility of nursing and performance documentation
• Support during health insurance audits, audits, as well as WZW and KVG/KLV topics
• Creation, implementation, and further development of checklists and control instruments
• Establishment and optimization of sustainable control, approval, and quality assurance processes
• Conducting training for nursing and care staff in the area of billing and documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial or medical training in the healthcare sector or in health insurance
• Several years of experience in a Spitex organization, a health insurer, or in outpatient healthcare
• Familiar with quality management and nursing documentation in healthcare
• Proficient in dealing with KVG/KLV/WZW as well as audit and control processes in performance management. High technical competence and the ability to conduct training and technical consultations
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Convincing appearance, assertiveness, and high personal responsibility
