In this exciting position, you will take responsibility for the entire order processing of the "West Switzerland" region and work closely with a dynamic team. Are you looking for a versatile challenge in an international company? Then read on!

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire order processing of the "West Switzerland" region in the internal case management system
• Close cooperation with two team members from the Sales area of West Switzerland and Key Account Management
• Support in creating offers up to project processing for national customers and dealers
• Responsibility for technical clarifications, creation of articles from third-party suppliers, and invoicing
• Processing of delay management as well as coordination between customer, Sales, operation, and logistics
• Oral and written supplier contact with sister companies in Europe
• Processing of complaints and service orders in cooperation with After Sales
• Support of the telephone switchboard in the Customer Service team

Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service / Kundendienst
• Very good French skills (C1) as well as stylish German and English skills
• Commercial training/further education
• Open and communicative personality with a goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Proficient MS-Office skills
• Committed and flexible personality with a "hands-on" mentality
• Teamwork skills and proactive acting
