Night Auditor / Night Receptionist

These are your tasks

• You are the reliable and friendly contact person at the reception – check-ins, check-outs, and telephone calls
• You take care of the daily closing and always have our figures under control – settlements, rebookings, controls
• You ensure that our guests and employees find peace and are safe at night – night rounds through our resort, contact person for emergency situations
• You prepare everything for the next day so that your colleagues can start well-prepared - refilling, switching on, laying out, and transmitting the most important information to the early shift
• Your working time is from 23.00 to 07.00

This is what we want from you

• You have completed training in the hotel industry or have comparable professional experience
• You love guest contact, are communicative, and remain charming even at night
• You have an extraordinary sense of service and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests
• You are reliable, extremely conscientious, and enjoy working both independently and in a team
• You speak German and English – further languages are a plus
• You are IT-savvy and are familiar with the most common hotel systems
• You are flexible and willing to take on short-term assignments
