Tasks

• Holistic and appreciative nursing, care, and support of people in later life with psychiatric illnesses (predominantly dementia and delirium) in three-shift operation
• Nursing key person work and creation of sustainable therapeutic relationships, taking into account individual life stories and resources
• Ensuring and further development of an evidence-based nursing practice
• Professional advice and support of the nursing teams in complex nursing situations

Profile

• Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH, DN II or AKP (for foreign diplomas with SRK recognition)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or motivation to complete this
• Enthusiasm for innovation, development and evidence-based nursing
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
