Your tasks

• You take technical responsibility for defined services and business processes and develop them technically, substantively, and organizationally.
• You analyze, design, and optimize business and support processes along strategic objectives.
• You ensure that processes, roles, and interfaces are designed to be understandable, consistent, and efficient.
• You support the introduction of new or further developed services, ensure process documentation, and participate in quality assurance and impact measurement.
• You recognize potential for improvement, derive suitable measures, and accompany their implementation.

Your competencies

• You have completed vocational training with qualified further education or a university degree in the fields of HR, economics, social insurance, labor integration, psychology, organizational development, or a comparable specialization.
• You have professional experience in jobseeker support and/or job placement, ideally in the environment of public employment services or labor integration.
• You have experience in service, process, or organizational development as well as a strong understanding of workflows, interfaces, and connections.
• You work in a structured manner and have an independent and implementation-oriented way of working paired with high organizational skills.
• You have strong communication and coordination skills as well as experience in project management, ideally supplemented by corresponding further education or certification.
