You can find out more about us in this video Your new challenges: • Leading a team of 5-8 service employees, which is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs • Ensuring service quality and performance as well as the implementation of field actions • Supporting the repair business with high-quality repair requests (identified repair needs) • Carrying out maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair) • Monitoring relevant key figures and initiating corresponding measures • Scheduling on-call service including backup Your ideal qualifications: • Completed vocational training in the technical field (e.g., polymechanics, automotive mechanics, plant and apparatus constructor, or electrician) • Further training in the commercial field is an advantage • Professional experience in the service or repair sector • Elevator know-how is an advantage • Leadership experience is an advantage • Good knowledge of the regional language, additional languages are an advantage Our benefits: • Excellent development opportunities: Personnel development is lived at Schindler.
