Your tasks
You search for and procure suitable parking spaces for new Mobility locations in predefined areas
You maintain relationships with important parking space lessors
You document your results in the systems and manage lease agreements, payment processes and parking space signage
You support process and system developments as well as projects and other ventures
What you bring with you
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a higher qualification, speak fluent German and have English skills at level B2
You are passionate about operational purchasing and the procurement of services and spaces - ideally you already have experience in the real estate industry
You communicate clearly and professionally with internal specialist departments as well as external partners such as parking space lessors and service providers
You appreciate independent work and exchange within the team and enjoy actively participating in the further development of tasks and processes
