• You moderate Scrum Events such as Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Plannings, Reviews and Retrospectives
• You actively support your team in the implementation of agile principles and practices
• You independently identify and eliminate obstacles in teamwork
• You continuously coach the team towards more self-organization and personal responsibility
• You actively contribute to the optimization of work techniques and processes

• You ensure continuous transparent progress control of the Value Streams
• You work closely with Release Train Engineers, Product Owners and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution and to carry them into the teams

What you bring professionally

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or related field of study at HF/FH/Uni level with experience in IT and structured processes
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
• Certification in the role as Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar
• Good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Sound knowledge of the tools Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of agile values, principles and team dynamics
• Great interest in technical and specialist topics
