Release Train Engineer

• IT - Project Management • Luzern • Contracting • Full-time • Immediately - 12 months with option for extension • SAFe, agile, Project Management, Scrum Master Your tasks: • Planning, preparation and moderation of PI Plannings, System Demos, Syncs and workshops • Ensuring an efficient and value-oriented workflow across multiple teams • Management of risks, dependencies and impediments • Active participation in the leadership team • Analysis of the current maturity level and identification of potential for improvement • Introduction and optimization of key figures for control and continuous improvement • Further development of processes, collaboration, prioritization and value orientation • Coaching and empowerment of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers and executives • Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and open feedback • Close cooperation with Business Owners, architects and other stakeholders • Support of change management and transformation projects • Responsibility for budget topics as well as cooperation with external partners and suppliers   Your profile: • At least 5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe environments, both in ramp-up and in operational business • Valid SAFe SPC certification and SAFe RTE certification • Sound experience in the leadership and further development of large Agile Release Trains • Proven competence in systemic coaching and role coaching • Very good moderation and facilitation skills • Experience in conflict and stakeholder management • Demonstrable experience in change management and in communication at various hierarchical levels • Strong agile mindset and lived «Being Agile» • Experience in budget responsibility and administrative tasks • High social competence, communication strength and assertiveness • Structured, goal-oriented and solution-oriented way of working • Ability to successfully accompany people and organizations through change processes • Fluent German skills
