In this newly created position, which is initially limited until 30. November 2027, your scope of influence extends mainly to sales, but also to logistics and administration. Your focus is on sustainable absence management as well as on strengthening the health of our employees – with the clear goal of developing and expanding our processes and thus reducing absences and costs. You will shape this specialist area independently and at the same time work hand in hand with our HR Business Partners. In doing so, you combine analytical strength with operational implementation and actively accompany managers in the introduction and anchoring of health-promoting processes. Your area of responsibility: Anchoring the absence management process in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and HR Services Carrying out data analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action Creation of business cases and decision-making bases for management Conception and implementation of training sessions and workshops Advising and supporting managers as well as the HR team on health-related topics Development and implementation of prevention measures Construction, further development and implementation of Occupational Health Management (BGM) Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (including HR, insurance companies, case management) Sustainable anchoring of health-promoting processes and structures Our requirements: Completed education with further training in business administration as well as in Occupational Health Management Several years of experience in BGM and/or absence management Practical experience in conducting training sessions and workshops as well as project experience is an advantage Experience in a retail/blue-collar environment desirable Experience in creating business cases and management presentations is an advantage Very good German skills and ideally another national language Strong analytical skills and confident handling of key figures Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Persuasive appearance, high advisory competence and assertiveness Confident in dealing with resistance as well as high self-organization and initiative You can expect exciting foundational work with great creative freedom as well as the opportunity to directly influence the health and performance of the organization.
