Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience in the private sector. Advising young people comes easily to you. Ideally, do you have experience in acquiring jobs for people with special needs? Do you want to take on a new challenge and take charge of process-oriented coaching for young people during their training? For our Integration department, we are looking for the 1st of November 2026 or by agreement one Integration Coach / Employment Coach 70% The Fondation Bühl is an excellent and innovative employer. In collaboration with the team, you support and encourage young people with a cognitive impairment. The specialists in the Integration department are responsible for welcoming the young people and ensure process-oriented coaching throughout the entire duration of the training. Your qualification You are an action-oriented, autonomous, resilient, and persevering person, capable of proactively approaching strangers. You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and humor. Networking comes easily to you. You are happy to commit yourself with motivation to young people with special needs so that they find their place in society. You have a sense of negotiation, determination, and are ready to assume responsibilities. Interdisciplinary collaboration is a matter of course for you and you take pleasure in it. A network in the Zurich region is an advantage. Furthermore, you are used to facilitating meetings and possess ease in oral and written expression. Writing reports is easy for you. A driver's license is an asset. Your tasks • Comprehensive advice and support of apprentices in our companies • Coaching of students in the tenth school year and apprentices in internal and decentralized training companies • Support and coaching of trainers • Acquisition and maintenance of internships and jobs on the primary labor market and in a protected setting • Search for housing • Post-training follow-up of apprentices • Conducting site interviews, participating in crisis interviews, writing reports and various minutes • Advising young people and parents on financial matters, social security, and other social topics • Interdisciplinary collaboration within the Fondation Bühl as well as networking and collaboration with employers, social institutions, specialized services, and authorities • Participation in team meetings and intervision as well as contribution to the development of the Integration department are part of your tasks What we offer • Meaningful, autonomous, and varied activity in a competent team and a professional environment • A collegial, committed team full of humor, which gladly supports you • Internal training offer with the Académie Bühl, generous participation in external training • 42-hour work week, including 3.5 hours of paid breaks per week • Annual working time and at least 5 weeks of vacation per year as well as 12 public holidays • Progressive pension fund solution with an employer share of 60% • Good accessibility by public transport as well as parking spaces within walking distance If you are a committed and humorous person who wishes to contribute in a professional environment to the promotion and integration of young people with special needs, we look forward to receiving your application.
