As our new Front Office Agent | Receptionist (m/w/d) immediately or by arrangement Your tasks Host. You take care of our guests and ensure a smooth process together with your team. You carry out the operational daily business and receive all guest inquiries and wishes, process them or forward them to the responsible department. Friendliness. You provide expert information and answer phone calls and process individual guest inquiries. Number juggler. To ensure a smooth payment process, you check the cash registers, carry out the daily closing, check credit card bookings and take care of guest billing with the Opera program. Organization talent. You exchange information with the other departments to ensure your guests have a perfect stay. Completed training in the hotel industry as well as professional experience in the front office. You are familiar with the gastronomy and hotel industry and are not afraid to approach foreign people.
