YOUR TASKS ##

• You make an active contribution to a performance-promoting and appreciative culture within the Hotel Service/ Guest Relations management area
• You plan and conduct team meetings and employee appraisals
• You conduct employee training in the areas of hospitality and customer orientation and guide the employees
• You ensure the personal well-being of our private patients in the non-medical area and thus ensure patient satisfaction
• You are responsible for the smooth process of meal orders and service in the defined bed departments
• You receive suggestions as well as complaints and process them competently and professionally

YOUR PROFILE ##

• You have a completed higher education in the field of hospitality/catering
• Ideally, you have specialist further training
• You have already gained several years of leadership experience
• Flawless German skills and good English skills are required, any further language is an advantage
• You are proficient in dealing with modern IT infrastructure
• Strong customer orientation, high flexibility and diplomatic skill round off your profile
