As Training, Development & Events Manager, you define and deploy the Group's training and development policy. You actively contribute to evolving our corporate culture, our values, and our leadership, while creating unifying experiences for our employees. What you do on a daily basis: • At the head of the Training Department, you set the course for the Group's training and development policy. You anticipate the needs of the organization and translate them, with your team, into concrete, engaging learning paths and systems adapted to professional challenges. You also manage the resources, budget, processes, and indicators of the Department. • You place leadership development at the heart of your action. You evolve programs intended for managers, support them through coaching, and develop the onboarding experience to facilitate the integration of new employees and their takeover of the position. • You also contribute to bringing Assura's culture and values to life. In close connection with Management, Human Resources, and the business departments, you accompany transformations and design workshops, seminars, and unifying events. • With your team, you finally ensure the quality and effectiveness of the Department's activities, notably the management of apprentices, the LMS, the training catalogue, external providers, as well as training requests and agreements. What you bring to the team • You have a university education completed by a specialization in human resources and/or adult training, such as a Brevet FSEA or equivalent. You benefit from solid experience in steering training and development as well as in team management. • Both strategic and close to the field, you know how to transform company challenges into concrete solutions, unite a team, and accompany managers in their evolutions. Your interpersonal ease, your capacity for influence, and your taste for cross-functional collaboration allow you to create a lasting dynamic with Management, Human Resources, and the business departments. • Additionally, you perfectly master French or German and possess solid knowledge of the other language, allowing you to move with ease in a bilingual environment.
