In the course of further company development, we are looking for a winning and experienced personality as Managing Director, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility You will assume overall operational responsibility for the company and, according to the specifications of the Board of Directors, successfully develop it further together with the management team and the employees. Operational company management: Overall responsibility for daily operations, the operating result (EBITDA) and other key figures Employee leadership: Leadership and further development of the employees as well as the directly subordinate team leaders Sales management: Targeted and active involvement with key customers throughout Switzerland regarding acquisition (final negotiation talks) and maintenance (annual talks) Financial management: Management of financial performance, preparation of budgets and reports as well as analysis of business figures and consistent implementation of identified improvement measures Development and implementation of strategies to increase turnover and profitability in close cooperation with sales, marketing and other company departments Optimization of operational organizational structures, processes and cross-departmental cooperation Your profile We are deliberately looking for an experienced personality with at least ten years of experience as a Managing Director of an SME with 20-80 employees; industry experience in plant engineering, technical trade and service is an advantage, but not a must.
