Operations Manager Restaurant ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Responsibility for the operational processes of the F&B outlets • Leadership, motivation and further development of your service team • Coordination, planning and control of workflows • Active host role, presence at the front • Supervision of exclusive events • Ensuring highest service quality as well as compliance with hygiene standards • Shared responsibility for the budget and optimization of operational key figures • Recruitment, training and development of employees in cooperation with HR • Various administrative activities Qualifications & Competencies • Completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy industry • Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership function • Leadership personality with empathy and assertiveness • Stylish, well-groomed appearance and high resilience • Host personality with a hands-on mentality • Enthusiasm for wine and culinary arts • Speaking: German and English fluent You can expect a lively working environment with international flair and excellent gastronomy.
