Head of Team Employee Life Cycle Processes HR-Services

This is your contribution • Lead an 8-member team in personal, professional, and organizational terms and actively participate in the HR-Services management team • Be responsible for efficient control, continuous development, and quality assurance of the processes along the Employee Life Cycle as well as promoting knowledge management within the team • Ensure customer-oriented, professional, and high-quality HR-Services for employees and managers • Help shape projects for the standardization and digitalization of HR processes What makes you unique • Bachelor's degree - FH/Uni/ETH - in a relevant field of study or comparable education and further training in the field of Human Resources • Extensive professional experience in Employee Life Cycle processes, ideally in an HR Service Center • Proven leadership experience with experience in project work and change processes • Good user knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors as well as proficient handling of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams • Cooperative personality with strong team orientation, high flexibility, and diplomatic negotiation skills • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language, passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the Swiss success model and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health. Subordinate to it is also the Federal Travel Centre, which organizes and purchases international business trips.
