For our client, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as an HR Business Partner who does not just accompany HR, but actively helps shape it. You are a trusted contact person for managers, recognize challenges early, and develop sustainable solutions together with the line. In this versatile function, you can specifically contribute your HR expertise and actively drive the further development of the organization.

Your tasks – versatile and impactful

• Advising and accompanying: You competently support managers and employees in all HR topics and stand by them as a reliable contact person.
• Sparring partner at eye level: In personnel matters, change processes, and conflict situations, you contribute your expertise and develop suitable solutions together with the line.
• Enabling development: You accompany measures in personnel and organizational development and contribute to promoting potential and successfully implementing changes.
• Creating security: You advise on labor and social insurance law questions and ensure sound, practical solutions.
• Forward-looking planning: You participate in personnel planning, optimize HR processes, and actively help shape their implementation.
• Transforming data into impact: You analyze HR key figures, recognize the need for action, and derive targeted measures from them.
• Shaping the future together: You contribute to cross-departmental HR projects and drive innovative ideas forward together with your team.

Your profile – technically strong, humanly convincing

• You have further training as an HR specialist or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or psychology.
• You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable function.
• You are familiar with change management and organizational development and enjoy actively accompanying changes.
• You have sound knowledge of labor and social insurance law.
• You convince through your advisory competence and your ability to work with managers in a partnership-based and solution-oriented manner.
• You work independently, structured, and pragmatically and tackle topics with initiative.
• You take responsibility, represent your viewpoints confidently, and have the necessary assertiveness.
• You communicate stylishly in German; French language skills are a plus.
• You are a team-oriented personality with a convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and a sense for people and situations.
