Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Ebauches Production Sector, we are looking for a Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to lead and coordinate cross-functional, multi-skill, and multi-organizational projects. *Responsibilities* ## • Ensure compliance with objectives, deadlines, and budgets allocated to projects • Be the guarantor of the consistency and alignment of projects with the Sector vision • Motivate and unite multidisciplinary project teams around common objectives • Present project progress to management and clients • Define and formalize project scoping (scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, budget) • Develop and monitor action plans in connection with various internal and external contributors • Lead steering committees and project monitoring meetings • Prepare dashboards, regular reporting, and summaries for decision-makers • Identify interdependencies between projects and ensure inter-departmental coordination • Support change management with teams impacted by the projects • Capitalize on lessons learned to improve project practices and methodologies *Profile* ## • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management • Holding a degree in project management would be an asset (PMP, AGILE, PRINCE2,...) • Mastery of project management methodologies • Ability to develop and monitor a project budget • Skills in change management and facilitating working groups • Writing skills • Mastery of office tools indispensable: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint and digital project management tools • Ability to analyze data • Communication skills: ability to simplify information and adapt to various interlocutors • Leadership and influence: ability to unite teams without direct hierarchical links • Rigor and organization: ability to manage several projects simultaneously • Initiative: proactivity in identifying problems and proposing solutions • Adaptability: agility in the face of changing priorities and complex environments • Relational intelligence: ease in working in collaborative mode and managing situations of tension or conflict *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, flexible working time solutions, and first-class social benefits.
