HR Specialist 60-80 %, 6 months fixed-term from January 2027 St. Gallen

In this role, you will take on tasks from HR administration with a clear focus on the onboarding process. Your role ##

• Onboarding Administration: Complete administrative processing of new entries from A to Z
• Contract Management: Creation of employment contracts, agreements, and entry documents
• Work Permits: Obtaining and coordinating work permits for foreign employees
• System Entry: Recording and maintaining all entry-relevant data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Master Data Maintenance: Ongoing updating and mutation of personnel master data
• Dossier Maintenance: Digital archiving and maintenance of HR personnel dossiers
• Special Projects: Participation and administrative support in current HR projects

Your profile ##

• Completed further training as an HR Assistant, preferably further training as an HR Specialist
• Sound professional experience in HR administration
• Sound and practically proven experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and maintain an overview even with multiple tasks
• With your open, helpful nature, you enjoy approaching people and also bring a good dose of humor
• You communicate with style in German, French language skills are an advantage
