The AG is a family-run real estate company based in Baar/ZG. With around 230 employees, it develops, realizes, manages, and holds real estate in its own portfolio over the long term. Head of Digitalization and ICT Your tasks The focus of the role is on transformation as well as management and cooperation with the specialist departments. The ICT operations are established and partially outsourced to external partners. You translate the strategy for digital transformation into concrete priorities, roadmaps, and projects. You accompany the organization through change and create acceptance for new processes, systems, and standards. You manage the digitalization and IT project portfolio together with the executive management and the specialist departments. You further develop the process, data, platform, and integration architecture. You further develop ICT and digitalization governance, architectural guidelines, and security specifications. You lead and develop a competent team of around ten employees in the areas of operations, integration, and Cyber Security. You shape the further development of the system landscape in the Microsoft environment and with Abacus as a central basis. An important project is the replacement of RIMO by AbaImmo. Your profile BSc/MSc Computer Science or Business Informatics welcome. Several years of experience in a comparable leadership function with a transformation mandate. Demonstrable experience in leading complex, cross-departmental digitalization and ICT projects. You understand ICT not just as operations, but as an enabler for processes, data, and business value. You have experience with Enterprise Architecture, integrations, data models, governance, and information security. You lead technically strong teams reliably and without micromanagement. You can absorb different interests, mediate, and consistently bring decisions into implementation. You think conceptually but stay focused on implementation. You master German at a native level, and English as a professional language. Experience in the real estate industry is welcome, but not a requirement.
