ICT Supporter (temporary) 60-80%

Job Information ###### Work location: Biel Workload: 60-80% Temporary from 16 November 2026 to 30 June 2027 Tasks: You are the first point of contact for IT issues - by telephone, via remote access, or directly on-site. You take over 1st-level support and ensure a rapid and uncomplicated solution to IT problems. You set up workstations and install hardware and software. You look after network printers as well as multimedia devices and ensure their smooth operation. Together with your teammates, you take on on-call duties to ensure our IT also functions reliably outside of office hours. Profile: Completed training as Informatiker EFZ or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, initial professional experience in ICT support. Good knowledge of user management as well as handling Active Directory and common Microsoft environments. Experience with the ERP Perigon is an advantage, but not a requirement. Very good German skills as well as good French skills. A service-oriented, reliable and solution-oriented way of working. Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and work in a structured manner.
