To complement our team in the KUNOS Restaurant, we are looking for you, the future specialist with passion, to start immediately or as soon as possible as Chef de partie Tournant. Tasks: • Production of all dishes for à la carte, seminar, and banquet guests, including cleaning and proper storage of food. • Preparation and organization of the complete Mise en place • à la Carte service on all positions • Ensuring the quality of the dishes • Assisting with banquets and buffets for up to 80 people • Implementation and compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP • Goods receipt and inspection Requirements: • You have a successfully completed vocational training as a chef EFZ. • You have 1-2 years of experience as Commis de Cuisine or as Chef de Partie. • A high level of quality awareness and affinity for high-quality food, extensive product knowledge, and business management thinking are a matter of course for you. • Experience in modern cooking techniques and classical cooking methods. • Personal further education is important to you, and you continuously inform yourself about trends in the gastronomy industry • Good German language skills are a basic requirement for this position, and any additional language is an advantage.
