Your tasks • You take on a key role and drive the creation of high-quality technical documentation for our products and systems • You are responsible for the structured creation, maintenance, and further development of documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle • You design and establish modern standards, processes, and tools in Technical Writing and ensure their consistent implementation • You prepare complex technical facts in a clear, target-group-oriented, and user-friendly manner • You work closely with Engineering R&D and external partners and ensure consistent and complete documentation • You optimize global translation management and ensure uniform language quality • You ensure that all documentation complies with relevant standards and requirements • You bring in your ideas and drive innovation and continuous improvement in Technical Writing Your profile • You have a technical education or further training in the field of Technical Writing, technical documentation, or comparable • You have at least 3 years of experience in creating technical documentation • You have knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in the field of technical documentation • You have experience working with common tools such as FrameMaker, MS Office, and Adobe programs • You work in a structured, independent manner and convince with precise and clear writing • You are a communicative person and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams • You convince with very good German and English skills and also appear secure and professional in an international context Your benefit As open as SCHOTT is to your development, our range of additional benefits is just as extensive.
