Head Waiter

The Hôtel Beaulac is a 4-star superior hotel with 116 rooms, ideally located on the lake shore with a breathtaking view of the Alps and the city of Neuchâtel. It features unique venues such as our panoramic bar Waves on the 7th floor, the Lake Side restaurant, as well as a modern conference center. As part of a recognized hotel group (also including the Ibis hotel in Thielle and the Design Hôtel F6 in Geneva), the Hôtel Beaulac is a reference in high-end hospitality. As part of our development, we are looking for a Head Waiter on a permanent contract at 100% (possibility of accommodation during the trial period), motivated, committed, and sharing our values: commitment, cohesion, respect, valorization, and self-improvement. Your main missions: • Prepare the room according to the establishment's standards and the number of expected covers • Welcome, seat, and advise our customers throughout the service • Present the menu, take orders, and ensure professional and smooth service • Clear and tidy up the tables with rigor • Promote our offers and contribute to a memorable customer experience Your profile: • Successful experience as a Head Waiter in an establishment of the same category or a brasserie • Hotel diploma or CFC in restoration • Well-groomed presentation, excellent communication, and keen sense of service • Proactivity, autonomy, organization • French as a mother tongue and a very good level of English required • Available to work in split schedules, evenings, and weekends What we offer you: • A prestigious work environment, facing the lake • A dynamic and professional team • Possible accommodation during the trial period Interested?
