Then help us shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the retail sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Store Manager (m/w/d) 100% with an additional function as Center Manager in the Basel region as of 01.09.2026. ## Your responsibilities • You ensure the implementation of the company strategy in the omnichannel department store, living the company values actively. • You are responsible for ensuring and implementing commercial goals and measures in the department store, with a special focus on regionalism. • You additionally take over the management of the Bücheli Center Liestal and act as a contact person for the other tenants in the shopping center. • You continuously assess the commercial situation, analyze the relevant key figures, and derive concrete improvement measures from them. • You are responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and management of all activities in the department store. • You ensure the merchandise flow and availability of goods in the department store at all times. • You are responsible for the exchange of information and transparency with headquarters and all stakeholders. • You check compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines and initiate targeted measures if necessary. • You conduct hiring, termination, and employee interviews independently. • You ensure the training and development of employees as well as talent promotion. Your profile • You have completed basic training in retail and have a higher professional certificate as a retail specialist or can prove a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics. • You have completed further training in leadership (e.g. CAS). • You have extensive industry knowledge in retail and a very good understanding of the entire market development. • You convince through competent and exemplary personnel management and can very well recognize and promote the development potential of employees. • You have sound knowledge of finance and accounting, procurement and logistics, as well as sales and marketing. • You have very good IT skills and are proficient in handling all common office applications. • You impress with a quick grasp, an open nature, and a positive charisma. • You speak fluent German and have an advantage if you have knowledge of another national language.
