As a Consultant in Customer Care Billing, you advise our customers on administrative matters such as invoices, changes of ownership, and payment methods, thereby ensuring smooth processing and a pleasant customer experience.

Your tasks

• You support our customers in accounting and administrative matters by telephone and in writing.
• You regularly take over the deputy role at the reception and ensure a professional and warm first impression.

Your profile

• You bring experience in a commercial environment or have completed commercial school. Alternatively, you have worked in a service-oriented area, where you have acquired very good PC skills.
• You communicate fluently in German – both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge in accounting as well as initial experience with SAP are an advantage.
• You are communicative, flexible, resilient, and like to roll up your sleeves.
• Nothing disturbs your composure quickly and you enjoy routine tasks.
