Facility Management Support Specialist

Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Provide support to specialized sectors in the planning, management, and monitoring of facility management services; manage maintenance tasks • Draft and monitor cross-property contracts for the entire contractual duration • Develop indicators and reports relating to the portfolio, partial portfolio, and performance • Manage procurement according to public procurement law (LAPub) as well as draft and coordinate tenders and contracts • Ensure master data management in IT applications <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Basic vocational training in a commercial or technical field with a federal certificate of capacity and professional experience in the field of facility management • Experience in contract controlling and ideally in public procurement procedures • Strong performance orientation, analytical, structured, and autonomous working method; knowledge of business administration and the ability to draft written content appropriately for the target group • Proficiency in Excel (pivot, data analysis) and SAP (PM, MM), ideally supplemented by knowledge of Power BI • Good knowledge of a second official language <br /> In summary You will perform a central function at the intersection of contract management, controlling, procurement, and operational process management.
