• You manage customer and account master data and are responsible for the independent processing of liquidations of customer and account relationships.
• You create balance reports as of a specific date and business relationship confirmations.
• The processing and clarification of special cases (SoKo, fees, segmentations) and mail returns complement your area of responsibility.
• You also assist in the processing of tenant deposits and the opening of capital deposit accounts.
• You support the indexing and archiving of documents.
• You actively commit to the optimization of our topics.
• For our customer advisors, you are considered a competent contact point for technical inquiries.
