YOU POSSESS • A diploma as a social educator ES/HES, sociocultural animator HES, or a title deemed equivalent. • A CAS as a practitioner trainer, or the desire to obtain it. • A driver's license and a vehicle, given the multisite work. • Experience or solid skills in the supervision, transmission and follow-up of apprentices, interns or students. • Experience or a marked interest in the support of elderly people and/or beneficiaries in a medico-social structure. • Autonomy and solid organizational skills. • Rigor and a capacity to ensure structured follow-up of training paths, while collaborating closely with the ARS (site manager animatrices).  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic communication, active listening and ease in interdisciplinary collaboration. • A capacity to design meaningful activities, adapted to the needs, resources and desires of the persons accompanied. • A good knowledge, or a marked interest, in the initial vocational training system, ideally in the ASE profession. • A professional posture combining sense of initiative, analytical capacity, diplomacy and ability to handle complex situations.   YOUR OBJECTIVES Rôle de Maître d'apprentissage at 40%  • Ensure the role of the practitioner trainer for social ES-HES students in employment in the Hébergement Department. • Take on the role of apprentice master for the ASE apprentices of the Hébergement Department and be the reference person for their training path. • Participate in the recruitment of ASE apprentices, develop their training plan including an intersite rotation and ensure its proper progress. • Coordinate evaluations, centralize semi-annual reports and ensure the follow-up of the academic and practical progress of apprentices in collaboration with the animatrices responsible for the three sites.  • Support trainers in the company, promote the sharing of practices and intervene in case of specific need.
