For a 4* hotel in Zürich with approx. 100 rooms and a versatile F&B offering, which accounts for 60% of total turnover, and great event possibilities, we are looking for a cheerful, winning personality with a passion for F&B to strengthen the management team.

Tasks & Challenges

• Overall responsibility for the F&B area
• Co-shaping of positioning and further development
• Optimization of workflows, processes and structures
• Leadership of around 40 employees
• Active cooperation and support in operations
• Price and offer design in cooperation with the executive chef
• Compliance with quality standards
• Budget responsibility in the F&B area
• KPI control and definition of measures and ensuring their implementation
• Administrative and organizational activities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management
• Completed hotel management school
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Broad specialist knowledge in the F&B area
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High service mindset, guest-oriented
• Strong leadership, team player
• Cheerful, motivating and infectious nature
• Administrative knowledge
• Languages: German and English, any further language is an advantage
