Your mission
You manage heating projects from A to Z, with a focus on energy renovations and the replacement of existing installations with heat pumps.
Heating Project Manager – 100%
You ensure:
Complete planning, organization, and supervision of construction sites, in compliance with deadlines, quality, costs, and safety rules.
The coordination of all resources and stakeholders: technical sales staff, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams.
The administrative and financial monitoring of projects (reports, measurements, service vouchers, cost control, technical documentation).
The main interface with clients, architects, property managers, owners, and partners during the entire implementation phase.
Providing your technical expertise on heat pumps, heat distribution systems, and modern energy solutions, particularly in renovation contexts.
The supervision, training, and skill development of employees and apprentices.
The continuous improvement of working methods, as well as compliance with health and safety standards and rules.
Your profile
CFC heating installer or equivalent training; higher education (federal diploma of project manager, foreman, or equivalent) is an asset.
Proven experience in managing heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy renovation.
Solid technical knowledge of modern heating systems, particularly heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings.
Ease in the financial monitoring of construction sites and resource management.
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and to prioritize effectively.
Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to mobilize teams around common objectives.
Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and interest in sustainable technical solutions.
Sensitivity to the challenges of the energy transition and curiosity for new heating technologies.
Proficiency in standard IT tools.
Driver's license indispensable.
