For more than 35 years, CENAS has accompanied patients in the diagnosis
HR Specialist & People Care - 60%
For more than 35 years, CENAS has accompanied patients in the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders. Present in Genève and in Bulle, we bring together specialist doctors, psychologists, technicians and administrative collaborators around a single ambition: to bring joy, energy and desire back into the daily lives of patients by restoring their natural ability to sleep well.
Joining CENAS means joining a human-sized structure in growth and transformation, where collaboration, excellence, innovation and the attention paid to both patients and collaborators are at the heart of our daily lives.
You will evolve in a dynamic, multi-site and multidisciplinary environment, in contact with committed teams serving specialized medicine with a high impact on health and well-being.
Your mission
You are the local HR interlocutor for a perimeter of approximately 60 collaborators distributed between CENAS, CISG and Efficium, on three sites: Genève, Chêne-Bourg and Bulle.
In a growing and evolving environment, your role is twofold: to accompany teams and managers in their daily HR challenges and to contribute to structuring the HR practices and processes necessary for the development of the organization.
Very present on the ground, you accompany the different moments of the employee life cycle and actively contribute to HR and organizational transformation projects.

To listen, advise and accompany individual and collective situations with discernment, confidentiality and pragmatism.
To contribute to creating conditions that promote engagement, collaboration and the retention of teams.
Manager Support
To advise managers in their daily HR issues and to accompany them in the development of their managerial posture.
To support them in the preparation and conduct of key moments: integration, follow-up of probation periods, feedback, development, annual interviews, professional evolution or departure.
To provide a framework and tools allowing them to progressively develop their autonomy in managing their teams.
Employee Life Cycle & HR Processes
To structure, harmonize and evolve the key processes of the employee life cycle,
To ensure that these processes are simple, coherent, understood and actually used by teams and managers.
To identify and consolidate the development needs of the teams.
To coordinate training requests and contribute to structuring a coherent approach to skills development.
Change Management & Transformation
To accompany organizational evolutions related to the growth and transformation of the company.
To identify the human impacts of changes, anticipate potential resistances and accompany managers and collaborators through the various stages of transformation.
To contribute to evolving HR practices according to the needs of an organization that is growing and structuring itself.
Individual Relations & HR Framework
To independently accompany individual situations requiring HR expertise: absenteeism, performance, relational difficulties, warnings, termination of employment contracts or other sensitive situations.
To guarantee consistent, equitable and compliant practices with Swiss labor law, with the occasional support of external partners when necessary.
Your profile
You have confirmed experience in operational HR, ideally acquired in an SME, a multi-site organization or a high-growth and transformation environment.
You are comfortable in organizations where processes sometimes have to be built or adapted as they develop.
In particular, you bring:
5 to 10 years of experience in a generalist HR function, HR Business Partner or People Operations
concrete experience in change management support
a demonstrated ability to structure and deploy HR processes in a growing environment;
a good mastery of Swiss labor law and its operational issues;
a real ability to accompany and challenge managers with pragmatism;
a strong field presence and an ability to quickly create relationships of trust;
a structured, autonomous and solution-oriented approach;
the ability to navigate in an evolving environment, to prioritize and to advance several subjects simultaneously.
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, services or any other operational environment with varied schedules and professions constitutes an asset.
You know how to combine listening and high standards, proximity and framework, human support and structuring of practices.
