In Spreitenbach we bring the best of two worlds together: Authentic Asian dishes such as Pad Thai, Ramen and curries from the Thai Wok meet hearty Mexican specialties such as tacos, burritos and quesadillas from Guapo Mexicano. With us, guests order easily via self-service terminal and take a pager to the table. As soon as the food is freshly prepared and arranged on the plate, the pager flashes and the guest picks it up. For our well-coordinated team, we are looking for a reliable reinforcement in full-time, immediately or by arrangement. 📋 Your area of responsibility As a 100% allrounder, you are the heart of our kitchen and ensure that every dish convinces visually and in terms of taste: Fresh preparation (Wok & Mexican): You fire up the wok for Pad Thai and curries, arrange Ramen and prepare tacos, burritos as well as quesadillas freshly, quickly and according to our recipe specifications. Mise en Place: You chop vegetables, prepare the curry sauces and Ramen broths, marinate meat and keep your stations clean so that we are perfectly equipped for the lunch and evening rush. Plating & Pager System: You arrange the food attractively on plates or in bowls (for Ramen/Curry), activate the pager system and hand over the food to the guests at the counter. Guest support: You are the friendly face at the counter, answer questions about the menu and help guests at the self-service machine if necessary. Hygiene & Cleanliness: You keep the kitchen, the counter and the machine area clean (compliance with HACCP guidelines) and work hand in hand with the dishwashing area so that there is always enough crockery available. 🎯 Requirement profile (What you bring with you) For this full-time position, we are looking for an organizational talent who loves the dynamics of modern gastronomy concepts. This is what we wish for from you: Experience: You already bring experience from gastronomy (take away, system gastronomy, Asian/Mexican cuisine or snack bar). Way of working: You are expeditious, maintain an overview of the orders and pagers even during high demand and nevertheless arrange the food beautifully. Dexterity: A good hand in the kitchen – whether it is working quickly at the hot wok or the clean rolling and folding of burritos and quesadillas. Languages: Good German skills are important for smooth communication with the guests and the team. Personality: Reliable, punctual, stress-resistant and a true team player.
