YOUR TASKS

• You are co-responsible for the smooth professional running of the main reception at the St. Anna clinic
• You support the Reception & Guest Relations management in the professional and personnel management of approximately 13 employees and ensure coverage in case of absence
• You regularly work at the reception services and are present in daily operations
• You support the Reception & Guest Relations management in team organization, planning and conducting team meetings as well as in projects
• You are actively committed to the continuous development of the structural organization and processes of the Reception & Guest Relations department
• You take care of the management of the parking and external parking spaces

YOUR PROFILE

• You have management and professional experience in high-level 4 or 5-star hospitality. Experience in a hospital or clinical environment is an advantage
• You are a front-oriented person, conceptually strong, competent in contact and communication, with commercial training and at least three years of professional experience
• Even in stressful situations, you remain calm, friendly and solution-oriented
• You have good oral and written knowledge of English as well as in at least one other national language. Italian is an asset
• You possess solid MS Office skills and are open to learning other programs
