In order to strengthen our HR team at our Bonfol (JU) site, we are looking for a

Senior HR Business Partner 80% (F/H/X)

Your mission

As a strategic partner to the site's management team, you carry out the local HR policy in coherence with the group strategy. You ensure local HR management in an industrial and regulated environment while carrying out projects on a group scale.

Your responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR decisions with organizational or human impact, as a trusted sparring partner
• Support organizational transformations and steer talent management
• Manage complex situations (conflicts, case management, disciplinary procedures) and ensure first-level advice in labor law
• Steer annual processes (salary reviews, compensation benchmarking)
• Conduct recruitment and guarantee the quality of integration on site
• Autonomous leader of group cross-functional HR projects, from design to deployment
• Design and facilitate training for managers and employees

Your profile

• Higher education in Human Resources or a title deemed equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar function with a wide scope and great autonomy in decision-making
• In-depth mastery of Swiss labor law; experience in an environment subject to a CCT is a plus
• Proven experience in change management, HR project management, and the ability to develop concrete solutions
• Capable of combining vision and pragmatism, linking HR issues to business issues and translating strategy into concrete and applicable solutions
• Exemplary leadership, knowing how to convince and daring to challenge teams
