Catering Manager

The employer is looking for a: DIRECTOR / DINING ROOM MANAGER (reported profession) Tasks: • management and coordination of the dining room team • organization and supervision of the service • customer reception and care • creation of work plans and shift management • management of administrative activities • control of service standards, order, and cleanliness • training and development of collaborators • management of unforeseen events and ability to work under pressure • constant collaboration with kitchen and management Requirements: • with APF certificate or equivalent • well-groomed, professional, and with a strong presence in the dining room • with experience in catering and team management • operational and present during service • organized, responsible, and reliable • capable of maintaining clarity and leadership even under pressure • with good organizational and administrative skills • with a desire to learn and grow professionally • capable of building a team, motivating, and growing collaborators • good knowledge of Italian • basic knowledge of German and English • category B driving license • with own car Employment details: • workplace Lugano • 100% occupation • employment by agreement, permanent contract • salary based on the CCNL of the sector Observations: • we offer a dynamic environment, concrete responsibilities and real possibilities for professional growth • we are looking for an ambitious person, who has the desire to challenge themselves and become a true point of reference for the venue and for their own team
