experience in a gastronomic establishment or Traiteur
adapts easily and quickly to the existing team
Acute sense of organization and teamwork
passionate, curious and great attention to detail
You have at least a CFC cuisine and several years of experience
Be autonomous at one's workstation (hot / cold)
Able to work for renowned clients
Respect for standards and technical sheets
Rigorous application of HACCP standards
Contribution to the creative dynamics of the establishment
split shifts or continuous work depending on needs
Preparation of mise en places
