• Commercial, logistics or equivalent CFC training * Successful first experience in transport, freight forwarding, logistics or customer service * Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills * Flexible, dynamic and reactive personality * Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Team spirit, perseverance and resistance to stress * Fluent French * English minimum B2 level indispensable * German a real asset and any other foreign language will be appreciated
• Ensure the daily follow-up of a portfolio of national and international clients + Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to their loyalty + Participate in the organization, administration and follow-up of express and charter transports + Manage transport operations, from receipt of the order until final delivery + Establish, control and follow up export documents + Ensure the entry and follow-up of international orders + Collaborate closely with various internal and external partners in order to guarantee the quality of services jpid79f66e4jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
