A social secretary in charge of accounting at 30% - Maison de quartier de L’Étang

• Ensure the execution of accounting according to the objectives assigned by the center managers and the FASe accounting directives: receipt and entry of accounts receivable/payable, verification and entry of invoices, recording of entries, gathering of necessary elements for the preparation of the annual budget and intermediate projections, production and verification of accounting situations.
• Assume the internal organization of the center's secretariat: processing and provision of information, management of registrations, drafting of letters, notes, management of the storeroom
• Assume the management of cash registers and bank accounts
• Occasionally, assist the animation team with various administrative tasks
• Hold a CFC as a commercial employee, supplemented by experience in accounting, or training as an assistant accountant
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to create relationships of trust
• Demonstrate listening skills, diplomacy, flexibility, and a real spirit of service
• Experience in accounting and in the use of an accounting program (type Infoniqa)
• Good writing skills
• Good knowledge of standard IT tools (Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office suite)
• Ability to work autonomously, to take useful and adequate initiatives for the proper functioning of the center, in close connection with the animation team and partners
• Sense of responsibility, good organizational skills
• Salary according to the Geneva State salary scale: maximum class 11
• Following the interviews conducted, you will have an accounting test to perform within the FASe General Secretariat

The Fondation genevoise pour l'animation socioculturelle (FASe) is a partner institution, funded by the Canton and the municipalities, whose mission is to promote and maintain social cohesion in the Canton of Geneva, i.e., to ensure the quality of the relationship between individuals and society. The FASe is advertising, within the Maison de quartier de L’Étang (socio-cultural animation facility with joint FASe – Commune management), a position of a social secretary in charge of accounting at 30%.
