We are looking for reinforcement for our team immediately and look forward to a/n### Line Leader 100% (m/f/d)

Working hours: 41 hours/week in a 2-week alternating shift model

• 2 weeks early shift: 05:00–13:45 (Fri: 05:00–13:30) - 2 weeks late shift: 13:45–22:30 (Fri: 13:30–22:00)### Your Challenge
• Coordination and monitoring of the entire production line from dough production to packaging
• Ensuring a smooth production process as well as the specified quality and hygiene standards
• Monitoring intermediate inspections and production data
• Assignment and leadership of the employees on the line
• Support in the induction and instruction of new employees
• Recognizing and reporting deviations as well as initiating suitable measures
• Active participation on the production line

Your Qualifications

• Completed training with EFZ in the food sector, preferably as a baker-confectioner or food technologist
• Experience in employee leadership and several years of industry experience
• Responsible, team-oriented and open-minded personality
• Organizational talent and independent way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Technical flair, good IT skills and Lean Management knowledge are an advantage
