Work location: Zürich-Oerlikon (flexible working model) Workload: 60-80%, by arrangement Tasks: In the marketing team of one of the largest private education providers in Switzerland (eleven locations, over 4500 students), you make the school visible on social media and specifically address the next generation of students. Ideal for students with a subject connection to marketing, communication or media. - Planning, creation and publication of posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels - Further development and maintenance of the social media presence - Community management and interaction with interested parties, students and alumni - Monitoring of trends, platform developments and best practices - Development of creative content ideas as well as production of reels, short videos, stories and photo/post series - Interviews and storytelling with students, lecturers and alumni; accompanying events with photo and video content - Support with social media campaigns to attract new students Profile: - Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, media, digital marketing, business administration or similar - Enthusiasm for social media, content marketing and digital communication - Sense for trends and the interests of Generation Z - Stylish German language skills - Independent, reliable and structured way of working; enjoyment of creating content on-site and standing in front of the camera - Initial knowledge in video editing - Advantageous: Experience in social media management, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn Campaign Manager Offered are a careful introduction, a flexible working model, modern infrastructure, up to 90% participation in training and further education, five weeks vacation and free on your birthday, long-service gifts, employee events as well as an SBB half-fare card.
