Your tasks at the service and repair reception ##

• Workshop reception, advice, and support of our customers
• Scheduling of customer orders for the workshop
• Planning and coordination of workshop orders up to billing
• Invoicing of workshop orders / creation of offers
• Processing and submission of warranty and goodwill cases to the importer
• Mutual support in customer service

Your profile ##

• Experience in the automotive industry, technical training in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Very good IT user skills and commercial flair
• Enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
• High level of commitment, teamwork, and flexibility
• Proficient German, Italian and English are an advantage
