Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Night Shift Pfäfers available immediately Your tasks You accompany the patients of the admission and emergency station 4 during the night and take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and consultation of our patients, e.g. with regard to sleep-promoting measures. You also care for patients in the intensive care area with your nursing professionalism and successfully master complex situations. You conduct patient admissions during the night with the medical specialist and document relevant events and your services correctly. At night, you are responsible for the maintenance of the station. If required, you take on assignments in the day shift. Your profile You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (for foreign training, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required). You have professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally from the admission and emergency area or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field. You work gladly at night and remain calm even in complex situations. You have social skills, are resilient, work independently and responsibly, and can work well in interdisciplinary teams. Good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you. You also have very good German language skills (at least C1). Your salary Your gross salary is likely to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- francs per year for a 100% workload.
