HR Business Partner

You will take on the role as a sparring partner for the assigned areas and are responsible for the following focal points: - Holistic support in the assigned area along the entire HR lifecycle - Advising and supporting the management team and employees on HR-relevant issues - Accompanying conflicts and change processes - Tasks in topics of personnel development, talent management, recruitments - Collaboration in the optimization as well as the introduction of new HR processes/instruments - Collaboration and co-design of topics in digitalization projects - Collaboration in HR-admin and HR Services topics. We are looking for a service-oriented candidate with further training in Human Resources Management as well as several years of professional experience in Human Resources Management in an industrial company. You are familiar with all questions of a modern and efficient HRM, are used to building bridges between different stakeholders, finding solutions and working in an results-oriented manner. You roll up your sleeves and enjoy operational HR management as well as strategic HR activity in projects, in personnel development/talent management and/or in change processes.
