To reinforce our service team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as: Customer Support Employee – Focus on Contract Management PoE (all) «We can do everything – except boring» These exciting tasks await you: Creation, checking and processing of service contracts based on defined templates, conditions and internal specifications. Maintenance and updating of contract data in the ERP system, including durations, contract types, customer information, attachments, prices and responsibilities. Monitoring of contract deadlines, extensions, cancellations, adjustments and open feedback. Processing of customer inquiries regarding contract content, durations, services, prices, invoices and administrative processes. Coordination of contract changes with internal departments such as service management, technology, sales, billing, accounts receivable or legal department. Preparation and follow-up of contract documents, offers, confirmations, additional agreements and cancellation letters. Ensuring complete and traceable filing of all contract-relevant documents. Support in quality assurance, for example through regular data controls, plausibility checks and cleaning up contract master data. Support and advice for our customers by telephone, via e-mail and through digital channels. Active participation in the optimization of workflows and processes in customer support. This is how you convince us: Completed commercial basic training or comparable training. Ideally experience in customer support, contract management, administration or in a service environment. Confident handling of ERP, CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing. Good understanding of numbers as well as careful handling of prices, durations and billing-relevant data.
